The building itself is okay Nicely located beside Kwantlen Poly Tech Lansdowne Mall and Alexandria rd for your late night snacks Pets OK and a garden with small playground However Polygon takes light years to fix a linoleum problem it's been 3 yrs since it happened and it's still not fixed The only thing that gets fixed kind of prompty is paint issues in the lobby Also there are quite a few noisy students around from late night parties So do expect the random obnoxious shout from outside Or the party rummaging around upstairs Parking for Building A 5028 is very tight and badly spaced Though Building B and C seem reasonable Ammenities Gym Whirlpool Sauna and Steam are located in Building A but are all shared between the 3 buildings There are a lot of more ridiculous forms and fees that are popping up from nowhere and they are not posted in the elevator you have to check yourself if there are any extra forms you need to fill in from the mailroom Also mailman seems to get the building's mail mixed up a lot Suggested for students bachelors bachleorettes and first time buyers
