Terribly built condo Beware
If you are considering buying or renting in any of the 3 Waterstone Pier buildings don't These apartments are the loudest and most cheaply built I have seen You literally hear your neighbours doing everything opening a drawer dropping a pen going to the bathroom and everything in between Sound carries incredibly well throughout the building and cheap cabinetry makes it even worse Drawers are not quiet close and the hardwood floors are not insulated in the slightest Everything you do even in your own apartment feels extremely loud Run away from this place and find something built better you will regret moving here on your first night You should also be aware of the traffic situation because after 3 pm you can not leave this place you are stuck here until after rush hour
