The apt unit itself as well as the amenities gym pool sauna rooftop terrace are great as well as the location What really bothered me is the fact that the elevators have recently been having problems At one point one of the two elevators was shut down for nearly a month because a part needed to be ordered from the States A few other times one of them would not read the fobs and couldn't be used At one point several residents were stuck in the lobby because the elevators wouldn't work We had to call one resident to come down through the stairs and let us all up stairs locked from the lobby The biggest issue I have with this building is that it is not handicapped friendly at all There are no automatic doors and so if you are in a wheelchair it is nearly impossible for you to open the heavy steel doors Plus the parking levels are not ramped all have stairs How this is legal is beyond me And speaking of parking the alarm in the garage is always going off sometimes for days on end and no one seems to fix it or be bothered by it What kind of security is that And one more thing someone broke into our storage locker and they do not have cameras there
