Pro's units are quite large neighbourhood is quiet especially at night units have a front door which is very convenient plenty of visitor parking lots of trees and green areas around the complex units have large outdoor patios units have their own storage shed attached to the patio pet friendly Cons elevator oftentimes does not work and requires a key cold in the winter and warm in summer due to outdated insulation and single pane windows parking under the building is not secured
