Hello I am interested in this building and have a question Do any of the units have heating or ac aside from the hotel style HVAC appliances I ve seen in a few units Are there plans to add proper duct work so that units can be heated and cooled evenly Does anyone know of any management board plans to renovate any part of the building Thanks

After management change last year things are going very well Building is very safe full time security well managed clean with great gym billiard room two party rooms garden patio on the 5th floor and great view of the city including CN Tower from the rooftop Units on several floors have high ceilings South and west units have huge wall to wall windows with lots of natural light Plaza has fantastic large free parking building has it's own 4 storey parking too and plenty of good stores wholesale food place owned by Loblaws large portugease bakery Subway shoes hairdresser etc close by Tim's italian and chinese restaurants dollarama 3 bus stops close by ramp to 400 I love it here

I like living in this building I never hear the neighbours from within my unit even when they have their extended over and it gets rowdy I know this because from the hallways when I walk by I can hear them but from in my unit I don't hear a thing The plaza is pretty convenient I get all of my groceries at the True Canadian Wholesale next door There's a Dollarama not my first choice of shopping location but great when I m in a pinch and need something they're open pretty late bakery lots of restaurants within a 2 minute walk Service Ontario and more Have no security issues or worries There are a lot of older cautious people in this condo which I don't mind They kind of stare at any strangers until they start to recognize you In a way they look out for the place and they're clean I believe the first 4 floors only have 5 units per floor which is great I rarely hear anyone in the hallway Cons No swimming pool I m an avid swimmer so the average condo pool probably wouldn't satisfy me anyway The neighbourhood isn't the swankiest in town but I ve never felt any risk or seen any bums It's a great place to live but just not that fancy 5th floor patio seems to require reservation for access I wish it was open all of the time it would be a great place for a stroll

Building itself is ok though the area is not good Sound proofing between units are very bad Building suffers maintenance issues and some residents are not taking proper care This building area suffers from security issues Overall you get what you paid for This is a border line condo
