Managed by a D rated management company
So glad we Moved Property managers run the council if you have a problem you will wait months if ever to have someone take action My wife was actually told she would have to wait for a reply to her call as the property manager was on vacation DO NOT buy here money pit

Living in the ESTATES
Used to be a nice complex last 6 months however it has started to go down the drain Strata council is green and decisions are not always made in the best interest of everyone
