I OWNED A UNIT AT WILDWOOD FOR FIVE YRS IT WAS A HORROR SO BADLY MISS MANNAGED NO REPAIRS EVER GOT DONE AND SPECIAL LEVIES ALWAYS STAY AWAY FROM HERE OR YOU WILL BE SORRY
