This place was built in the 1980 s but unlike most condominiums it was built to commercial standards They now have a comprehensive depreciation report which indicates that most elements of the building are still in good condition Doubtless some major expenses will come up in the next few years plumbing and roof seem likely but it is probably much more sound than similar age condos built to non commercial standards The location is outstanding but two thirds of the block is underdeveloped for such a prime location The building has two wings one 4 stories and one 11 stories and the building next door is only 2 stories right in the heart of Downtown One has to wonder when the developers will come knocking
