Super thin ceilings walls
The ceiling walls are super thin you can hear everything there has been no maintaince since the 1970 s I got 3 rugs down on my floor which does nothing to help with noise I don't think adding fabric to the wall will help or even the ceiling but i might try it any as i willing to try anything as i can't moved
