The condo is located centrally and is extremely convenient for students young professionals and retirees The common property is nicely maintained and the residents take pride in their ownership

This building is in very good condition many updates and a new steel roof just completed this July 2011 building was remediated in 2005 Bus is 30 meters away shopping mall is 5 minutes walking theatre and a sports recreation centre located in West Saanich a good buy for starters or downsizers
