Clean and modern interiors but nothing much beyond that 1 Cross ventilation is poor and it can get quite uncomfortable in summer 2 The unit is advertised as 2 bedroom but one of the rooms is too small to be counted as a bedroom 3 Too much of street noise It does come with in suite laundry and a fireplace Certainly not worth 1595 for a hole in the wall unit
