Beware and avoid this building at all costs In addition to being a very old building with multiple problems including heating wiring garbage disposal the condo board and property management company Jennifer Oberg of EJF Real Estate are impossible to deal with and act like dictators Instead of taking care of important issues that impact the quality of life or in this building the lack of any real quality of life the condo board and property management company are obsessed with trivial things like painting the building and maintaining the outer appearance of the building The condo board and management or rather mismanagement company ignore important problems in order to obtain more money for the management company they are the people who do the repairs which is a major conflict of interest Even more importantly the board and property management company do not inform people of a real safety issue in this building because they want to make sure people continue to buy these condos and they want to make sure the property values of the condos in this building do not decline even further If people knew the truth about the building each of the units in the building would be worthless and no one would ever consider buying or even renting in this building

Save yourself a lot of grief and do not even consider living in this building The building does not seem so bad from a visual inspection of the outside the building However the building is in terrible condition and the condo board and property management company EJF is the property management company and Jennifer Oberg is the property manager make sure the building looks good but they do not do anything about the serious problems in the building There is an exhaustive list of problems with this building including a poor and inefficient heating system old wiring problems with disposing garbage a ridiculous call box and many other problems The condo board acts like dictators and they do things without the approval of the owners More importantly the condo board and the property management company hide important information and are not forthright with the owners and tenants in the building I have lived in all parts of the country and I can honestly say this is the worst place to either own or rent
