6 unit townhouse complex nice location close to hospital arena downtown shopping this complex is nice but is self managed not in a good way the treasurer controls the strata money and tries to use it to fix his unit and he is scamming his neighbours and has damaged the outside of his unit he is a accountant in this town so do not let him control your money some units have flooding in the crawl space and mould is forming and smelling and there is no maintenance or upkeep in the complex we woud not recommend buying here
